she/her/hers

I grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and before landing in Los Angeles 9 years ago, I lived in the northeast, Texas, and Joshua Tree. I obtained my BFA in printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design and MA in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I am currently providing psychotherapy under the supervision of Lindsey Rosenthal, LMFT#83686

I am fascinated with the infinite creative ways that all people discover solutions in their lives. I combine my background in the arts with my love of psychology to help people discover inner vitality and identity. I am in awe of how my clients express themselves and come to inner-alignment on their healing paths.

I am passionate about helping people with grief and loss, processing trauma, and creating new narratives about themselves. I collaborate with my clients to find meaning and uncover hidden strengths because of isolation, suffering, and societal messaging.
