Services
Disconnection, fear, and pain often hide the creative solutions we contain to navigate challenges, create joy, and feel safe. I am here to help you discover the possibilities within you and to live with self-compassion, choice, and greater sense of your authentic self.
I honor that we all come from an array of diverse and cultural backgrounds and it is of upmost importance to hold a person’s individual experience with compassion, respect, curiosity, and acceptance. In therapy with me, you can expect treatment to fit your individual needs and have a witness to your whole self.
I work from a relational-Gestalt, psychodynamic, holistic and strength-based perspective. I hold a belief that through bringing presence to how our emotions, behaviors, thoughts, relational dynamics, social context, and physical self can re-awaken the creative and unique qualities that bring healthy homeostasis and expansion to our lives.

Methods
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique that utilizes a person’s visual field to process traumatic memories. The founder of Brainspotting, David Grand, describes the effect of trauma on the body as “frozen maladaptive homeostasis”. Through taking a mind-body approach to trauma, brain spotting is a bottom-up approach that seeks to relieve mental, emotional, and physical stress.
Holistic
A holistic perspective refers to consideration of all facets of an individual’s experience - thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, social factors, cultural context, formative history, and strengths. Bringing presence to the many parts of our lived experience allows an expansion of understanding ourselves, others, and the spaces we occupy.
Somatics
Somatic therapy recognizes the mind-body connection and how our physical, mental, and emotional states affect each other. In our busy society, the messages from our physical sensations can become muted from our awareness. Through reclaiming awareness of how our body informs the mind and methods of soothing distress, a greater capacity occurs for grounding, trusting intuition, and health.
